KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Management
Oversee end-to-end project execution, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with directors, VFX supervisors, and other stakeholders to define the creative and technical requirements of the project.
Develop detailed production schedules and resource plans for virtual production workflows.
Team Coordination & On-Set Responsibilities
Coordinate between on-set crews, virtual production teams, and post-production departments to ensure smooth integration and execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering updates on project progress.
Supervise teams including virtual production team, real-time artists, production crew, and technical support .
Ensure the synchronization of physical production elements with digital assets in real time, addressing technical challenges as they arise.
Work closely with the technical team to optimize real-time workflows using tools like Unreal Engine, motion capture systems, and LED volume stages.
Stay updated on emerging technologies in virtual production and recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency and creativity.
Budget and Resource Management
Prepare CE, Quotation, contract, payment paper and weekly report.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in film, VFX, or virtual production environments, with at least 2 years in a producer or management role.
Understanding of virtual production pipelines, including real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine), motion capture, and LED volume technologies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning for technical and creative teams.
Familiarity with traditional filmmaking and VFX workflows, with the ability to integrate these with virtual production methods.
