KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Management

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Collaborate with directors, VFX supervisors, and other stakeholders to define the creative and technical requirements of the project.

  • Develop detailed production schedules and resource plans for virtual production workflows.


Team Coordination & On-Set Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between on-set crews, virtual production teams, and post-production departments to ensure smooth integration and execution.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering updates on project progress.

  • Supervise teams including virtual production team, real-time artists, production crew, and technical support .

  • Ensure the synchronization of physical production elements with digital assets in real time, addressing technical challenges as they arise.

  • Work closely with the technical team to optimize real-time workflows using tools like Unreal Engine, motion capture systems, and LED volume stages.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in virtual production and recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency and creativity.



Budget and Resource Management

  • Prepare CE, Quotation, contract, payment paper and weekly report.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in film, VFX, or virtual production environments, with at least 2 years in a producer or management role.

  • Understanding of virtual production pipelines, including real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine), motion capture, and LED volume technologies.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning for technical and creative teams.

  • Familiarity with traditional filmmaking and VFX workflows, with the ability to integrate these with virtual production methods.
